At SimcoWorldWide.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at sales@simcoworldwide.com to request a return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
